Gordon Ramsay and Wife Tana Welcome Fifth Child After Miscarriage

A bigger brood! Gordon Ramsay and his wife, Tana Ramsay, welcomed their fifth child on Thursday, April 4.

“After 3 baftas and one Emmy… finally we have won an Oscar, please welcome Oscar James Ramsay, who touched down at 12:58 today for some lunch ! Xxx,” the celebrity chef, 52, captioned his Instagram reveal.

The Masterchef Junior judge shared four new photos of the newborn, starting with a smiling family pic of Gordon leaning over as his wife, 44, cuddled their baby boy in the hospital bed. This was followed by three close-up mother-son shots.

The little one joins older siblings Megan, 21, twins Holly and Jack, 19, and Matilda, 17.

Tana and Gordon announced in January that they were expecting, less than two years after suffering a miscarriage. “Exciting news ! Happy new year from all the Ramsay’s,” the Hell’s Kitchen star captioned a video of his four children before panning down to his wife’s baby bump.

“And guess what, happy new year because we’ve got another one coming. Oh, my lord!” the Humble Pie author said from behind the camera.

Tana reposted the same footage, writing, “Happy New Year! Oh, and a little news…” alongside a prayer emoji.

In June 2016, she and her husband announced that they had lost a baby five months into her fifth pregnancy.

“Hi guys, Tana and I want to thank you so much for your support over the past couple of weeks,” Gordon wrote on Facebook at the time. “We had a devastating weekend as Tana has sadly miscarried our son at five months. We’re together healing as a family, but we want to thank everyone again for all your amazing support and well wishes.”

He and the Dancing on Ice alum tied the knot in 1996 and started growing their family two years later.
