Kerry Washington may be able to hide her stomach, but she can't hide her mom-to-be glow! Hours after Us Weekly exclusively revealed that the Scandal star is pregnant and expecting a baby with husband Nnamdi Asomugha, the actress, 36, stepped out in New York City looking happy, radiant, and relaxed.
Dressed comfortably in gray skinny jeans, black Ugg boots, a striped top, and a cozy, strategically oversized sweater, the soon-to-be first-time mom was all smiles as she ran errands in Manhattan. No baby bump was visible beneath her baggy clothes, but as the new issue of Us Weekly shows, the Django Unchained actress has become an expert at dressing her changing body.
"She's about four months along," an insider tells Us of the stunning star, who married San Francisco 49ers cornerback Asomugha in a top-secret ceremony in Idaho on June 24. (The two reportedly started dating in the summer of 2012.)
This week is a big one for the Emmy nominee — and not just because of her pregnancy reveal. On Saturday, Nov. 2, Washington will make her Saturday Night Live debut as the host of the NBC variety series. New promos for the episode show the expectant star joking around with SNL cast member Taran Killam.
