Mama Koko! Khloè Kardashian welcomed her first child, a baby girl, with boyfriend Tristan Thompson on Thursday, April 12, and fans have already taken to Twitter to wonder what she’ll name the newborn.

Many members of the 33-year-old reality star’s loyal following suggested that she name her little one something that alludes to Thompson’s infidelity.

The Cleveland Cavaliers player, 27, made headlines on Tuesday, April 8, after the Daily Mail published photos of him looking lips with a mystery brunette at a New York City Club on Saturday, April 7. Twitter users later identified her as model Lani Blair. The duo were seen walking into NYC’s Four Seasons hotel together in the early hours of Sunday, April 8, and she left the following day with a Louis Vuitton overnight bag.

Although the Good American designer has yet to speak out about her beau’s cheating, a source exclusively told Us Weekly that she was “shell-shocked” and “in total disbelief” upon hearing the news. Another insider revealed that Kardashian wanted “to get the hell out of Cleveland,” Ohio, where she moved to be with Thompson as they prepared to welcome their baby girl.

More fans took to Twitter to suggest that the Revenge Body host name her daughter something sassy to slam the NBA pro’s unfaithful ways.

As far as the baby’s last name goes, Kardashian’s devotees are suggesting that she gives the baby her last name.

The E! personality teased potential monikers last month via Twitter, telling fans at the time that she may give her daughter a “T” name “but a K is an option as well.”

Us broke the news in September 2017 that the reality star and Thompson are expecting their first child. She confirmed the news via Instagram in December and revealed the baby’s gender in March.
