Bumping along! Miranda Kerr announced in March that she is expecting her third child, and the model shared her pregnancy symptoms with Us Weekly exclusively.
“I suffered quite a lot of morning sickness and I was on bedrest for a little while, then I pinched a nerve in my neck,” the KORA Organics founder, 36, told Us on Friday, June 21, while celebrating the launch of the new Noni Bright Vitamin C Serum from her skincare company. “Every woman is different. For some reason … with each three of my pregnancies, I’ve been super nauseous and a little more sensitive.”
While she’s been busy preparing to expand her family, the Victoria’s Secret Angel also makes time for self-care. When it comes to her skincare routine, Kerr always includes the new Noni Bright serum, which combines KORA’s Vitamin C superfruit complex with sodium hyaluronate, olive leaf extract and red pepper.
“I was looking for a product that would work on anti-aging because obviously I’m 36, and I wanted it to be super powerful, but also safe to use, but effective throughout pregnancy,” she told Us. “Not just fighting wrinkles, but also fighting skin firmness and elasticity and at the same time. The pigmentation was something that is one of my main concerns personally and something that I really have needed work with ever since I first got pregnant eight years ago with my first baby!”
That being said, the Treasure Yourself: Power Thoughts for My Generation author couldn’t be happier to share son Flynn, 8, with her ex-husband, Orlando Bloom, and son Hart, 13 months, with her husband, Evan Spiegel.
“It’s just such a miracle and the best thing that I’ve ever done,” Kerr told Us. “Having children is such a blessing.”
The Victoria’s Secret Angel does make sure to take time for herself, though — and for the Snapchat cofounder, 29! “When my husband gets home from work, I try to make sure that I’ve finished for the day and that I’m feeling, like, calm and centered,” she told Us. “It’s a good time because the little guys are already asleep and we get to have that time together because that’s important too.”
Kerr added, “We’re pretty much homebodies and really enjoy simple things like being at home, having little picnics or going swimming together or being in nature together or going for a walk together. That type of thing.”
