The Patridge family. The Hills alum Audrina Patridge comes from a large brood — she is one of four siblings — and her family has only increased after welcoming her daughter, Kirra, as well as her siblings’ children over the years. The former MTV personality gave birth to her only child, whom she shares with ex-husband Corey Bohan, in June 2016. Audrina and the BMX rider tied the knot five months later and called it quits in September 2017. Two years later, the reality star was granted a temporary restraining order against her ex after accusing him of domestic abuse, which he denied. In October 2021, the former couple finalized their custody agreement. Kirra (Audrina's Daughter)

Audrina gave birth to her baby girl on June 24, 2016, five months before marrying Bohan. Though Audrina and the athlete have a difficult coparenting relationship, the Dancing With the Stars alum exclusively told Us in February 2021 that her “main focus when I’m with [Kirra] is just to give her my all, all my attention and try to explain things to her" when it comes to telling her daughter about her relationship with her dad.

“It’s important not to talk bad or about the other parent in front of them. Keep it kid-friendly at all times,” Audrina added. “There’s a time and place for that.”

The former 1st Look host often shares loving photos with her daughter via Instagram. “My baby kirra is growing up way too fast!” Audrina wrote in August 2022. “Im so proud of the little girl she is growing into! She is the sweetest, kindest, intelligent, athletic and silliest little one around … lights my whole world up!”

The Hills fans may recognize Casey from her occasional appearances on the MTV hit. Casey is married to FMX rider Kyle Loza, and together the two share three children: daughter Sadie, son Sam and son Vallon Wilde Loza. Tragically, Sadie died at age 15, her mother announced via Instagram in February 2023.

Kyle also penned a tribute to his late daughter in February, reposting the same image of Sadie that Casey used in her post. “Baby girl- I will carry your memory with me until I see you again. I can’t stop thinking about you. I’ll never stop loving you and I would do anything to laugh with you one more time,” the Riders With Christ founder wrote. “You were my first Love. NSD. -Dad.”

Sadie was the daughter of Audrina’s sister Casey and her husband, Kyle. One week before her death, Casey paid tribute to her daughter in honor of her 15th birthday.

“I love you so much my little clone. youre so beautiful, kind, smart and funny!!” Casey captioned an Instagram video of Sadie holding her birthday cake while family sang “Happy Birthday” to her. “That dryyy af british humor tho. im so proud to be your mom and i cannot wait to see the insane ancient civilization architecture you’re going to construct someday. i love you so so much my sadie raine. ❤️.”

Audrina’s sister Samantha shares adorable twin boys with her husband, Chris Willson, whom she married in summer 2021. In 2020, she credited Audrina with helping to bring herself out of her shell, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The last few years I’ve really embraced my introverted side, dodging social gatherings and the social anxiety that always follows,” Samantha wrote via Instagram at the time. “My sister always has a way of pulling me out of my cave to go to random events and up until now I haven’t really been thankful enough for it. Social isolation and being out of state in the van for the past few months have really opened me up to the side of myself I tucked away for a while.”

Samantha and Chris welcomed their twin boys in January 2022. Their uncle Kyle — Casey’s husband — was ecstatic about the new addition to their family.

Audrina’s mom infamously once slammed her daughter’s former Hills costar Lauren Conrad. “My mom had a little mishap with the paparazzi, and I really wanted to address that right away," Audrina later told Us in May 2011 about her mother’s outburst, , , in which she called the Laguna Beach alum a "pissy ass little fashion s**t" after Audrina's DWTS elimination.

But she has since settled into her life as a grandmother.

“Happy Mother’s Day to my beautiful Mamacita!:) who is full of life, the strongest woman I know & best grandma around,” Audrina wrote via Instagram in May 2020 alongside a series of photos of her mom. “She has taught us to never give up, always take care of eachother, to always be an honest person, to be strong & brave, everyday is a new day, help those that are in need. Growing up and still to this day she is always going out of her way for others, life of the party, outspoken, always singing, making jokes, laughing and dancing with a little bit of a wild side haha ... Thanks for just being you mom I love you so much!!❤️❤️”
