Andy Dick was allegedly arrested for grand theft on Friday, Nov. 7, TMZ reports.
The "Heartbreaker" singer was arrested in Miami Beach early on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014, on suspicion of drag racing, DUI and driving with an expired license. A police report stated that he resisted without violence before being taken into custody.
According to the site, the troubled actor, 48, approached an unidentified man on the street and asked to see his necklace last week. When the person agreed, Dick took the piece of jewelry and continued riding his bike on Hollywood Boulevard.
Brown was charged with two felonies after allegedly beating his then-girlfriend, Rihanna, ahead of the 2009 Grammy Awards.
