Annemarie Wiley and estranged husband Marcellus Wiley made virtual appearances during a court hearing on Friday, July 24, after she accused him of domestic violence and rape, Us confirms — a day after the former reality star filed new documents in Los Angeles alleging her ex violated a no contact order in Florida and a temporary restraining order in California.
“The fact that Marcellus continues to violate the court’s orders makes me very afraid. I was intimidated, and my peace was disturbed,” the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 42, claimed in legal paperwork filed Thursday, July 23.
She claimed the Florida court order — that went into effect on July 5, one day after Marcellus, 51, was arrested in Orlando on one count of domestic battery — states he “must not be within 500 feet” of his estranged wife. But, she claimed, he showed up at their son’s tournament for three days starting on July 6 “where he knew I would be.”
Annemarie alleged in the docs that she called the police on July 7 and “despite this, Marcellus returned to the tournament” the following day.
According to the legal paperwork, she also alleged he violated the temporary restraining order in California that went into effect on July 8, the day he was served.
“After being served with the TRO, he continued to have contact with our children,” Annemarie said in her court filing. “Marcellus called me on WhatsApp at 4:30 a.m. on July 9. Marcellus interacted with our children and came within approximately fifteen to twenty feet of me, even though he had been ordered to remain at least 100 yards away from me.”
Her new claims also included allegations that Marcellus has been texting and calling their son, alleging in the docs, “I believe he is intentionally communicating with our children to show me that he can access them, that he is in control of his communication with them (not the court), and he may use these conversations to gain information about where I am, what I am doing and where I am going.
During Friday’s hearing in Los Angeles, when the judge brought up the Florida court order, Marcellus’s lawyer said when Annemarie called the authorities the “police did nothing,” adding that his client did not violate the order.
Annemarie’s lawyer Gary Fishbein disagreed, saying the former pro athlete violated the order.
Annemarie and Marcellus appeared on camera via Zoom during the hearing. According to an eyewitness, the judge asked Annemarie to turn on her camera, but she was in the car so the judge asked the former reality star to pull over.
Marcellus’ attorney asked for a continuance with no objection from Annemarie’s lawyer. His lawyer also requested a modification to the visitation order regarding their children.
In her newly filed documents, Annemarie requested that the restraining order remain in place until the hearing on a permanent restraining order.
“This is a very confusing time for our children. They love their father, and I believe Marcellus does love them. However, our children have witnessed much of the violence Marcellus has committed against me over the years,” she said in legal docs, which Marcellus has adamantly denied.
If the visits are modified, Annemarie requested that they are professionally monitored.
“I do not want to keep our children away indefinitely from their father,” she added in court documents, “but he must work on himself and at least demonstrate that he is able to follow court orders. His repeated violations are not an accident, it’s abuse.”
Per the eyewitness, during Friday’s hearing, Marcellus’ lawyer stated there are extensive allegations so it will be at least three days of testimony, saying, “It’s a long investigation. There will be texts and videos.”
Marcellus’ lawyer said he does not anticipate calling their children but stated he plans to call witnesses from 2012 to today.
In her TRO filing on July 6, Annemarie’s alleged history of abuse dates back to 2012, two years before the pair got married.
A new hearing date has not been set yet.
The former couple split earlier this month in the wake of Marcellus’ arrest and subsequent domestic battery charge in relation to an alleged altercation during the former couple’s recent Florida vacation.

Us obtained court documents filed by the reality star, in which she accused Marcellus of raping her more than once, in addition to inflicting “constant” emotional abuse and physical abusing her “approximately once a month, and at times more frequently.”
The former Real Housewives star asked the court to grant her legal and physical custody of their three kids — Marcellus Jr., 10, Ariya Jayne, 7, and Alivia Marie, 6 — while denying Marcellus any visitation rights. She also requested spousal support and for her ex to compensate her for attorneys’ fees related to their ongoing litigation.
Marcellus has denied ever physically, emotionally or sexually abusing his estranged spouse, both publicly and in a legal response obtained by Us on July 2.
“We did not have a perfect marriage. We experienced disagreements, frustrations and periods of marital strain,” Marcellus insisted in his petition. “However, I have never physically abused, sexually assaulted or intentionally harmed my wife at any point during our relationship, either before we were married or during the more than 12 years that we have been husband and wife.”
The former Jacksonville Jaguars defensive took issue with Annemarie “characterize[ing] our marital intimacy as rape.”
“That allegation is completely false. I have never forced, coerced or sexually assaulted my wife,” Marcellus alleged. “Those allegations are profoundly painful to read because they bear no resemblance to the relationship I believed we shared. Until these proceedings were filed, Annemarie and I remained husband and wife living together in the same home with our three children. We had not separated.”
He went on, “The first time I learned that she was claiming I had abused her throughout our relationship was after these dissolution proceedings were initiated. That was shocking and devastating to me.”
Marcellus described himself as the primary day-to-day caregiver to his three children, thus denying that he’d ever been abusive toward them.
“My children know me as the father who wakes them up for school, prepares them for the day, drives them to school, picks them up each afternoon, coaches their teams, attends their practices and games, helps with homework and spends virtually every afternoon and evening with them,” he wrote in court documents. “That has been their daily routine for years.”
The athlete continued, “The suggestion that I would intentionally harm my own children is as painful to me as the allegations that I abused my wife.”
Marcellus and Annemarie were married on June 18, 2014. He is also a father to an older daughter, Morocca, 27, from a previous relationship.
