Jordan Rodgers might be an early fan favorite on The Bachelorette, but he’s got an enemy back home! The former NFL quarterback, 27, who is currently vying for JoJo Fletcher’s heart on the ABC series, was blasted by a woman who appears to be his ex-girlfriend, just moments after the season 12 premiere on Monday, May 23.
As Us Weekly previously reported, Rodgers is already a front-runner on The Bachelorette. “He and JoJo are really hitting it off,” a source told Us last month. Fletcher, 25, even gave Rodgers the First Impression Rose on Monday’s episode.
However, Brittany Farrar slammed him on Instagram immediately after the premiere aired — and she insinuated that he cheated on her.
“Riding the bench doesn’t get in the way of a relationship, but cheating does,” she captioned an “Oh snap!” GIF of Chris Pratt, adding the hashtags, “#yourpitchisntperfect #alwayswantedtobefamous #dreamscometrue #tuneinnextweekformoreBS” and tagging him in the post.
Farrar, a personal trainer from Nashville, is friends with Olivia Munn, who is currently dating Rodgers’ older brother, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
During the season premiere, Jordan explained that his football career caused his last relationship to come to an end.
“I was in love, but I was so focused on football that I didn’t make time for anything else,” he noted.
