Charlie Sheen is calling ex-fiancée Brett Rossi an “extortionist” and “prostitute” in new court documents filed on Monday, Dec. 7, by the Two and a Half Men alum’s lawyers following her shocking claims against the actor. Sheen also denies that he forced Rossi to get an abortion.

According to the new documents obtained by Us Weekly, Sheen claims that Rossi was well aware he was HIV-positive prior to engaging in sexual acts and that Rossi is using his Today show confession as a means to get money from the actor. “This is a case by an extortionist, Scottine Ross aka Brett Rossi . . . who gets paid for sex as a prostitute and a porn star,” the petition argues. Sheen’s camp alleges in the document that Rossi has “attempted to extort millions of dollars by disclosing Sheen’s medical condition even though she had signed a confidentiality agreement.”

According to the documents, Rossi’s “extortion plan” included filing her lawsuit, issuing a press release, and embarking on a media tour “designed to put additional pressure on Sheen.”

“Rossi is banking on the fact that Sheen will pay her millions of dollars to avoid the negative publicity surrounding this action,” Sheen and his team allege in the documents. According to the claims in the court documents, Rossi was “well aware of Sheen’s medical condition” and “was the one who insisted upon having unprotected sex with Sheen.” The actor also claims that Rossi had other partners at the time of her relationship with Sheen, and given her occupation “as a porn star,” that she’s had “hundreds, if not thousands of sexual partners” exposing her to sexually transmitted diseases.

The actor also argues that Rossi “wants revenge” and to “punish Sheen for breaking off their engagement . . . and cutting her off financially.”

As previously reported, Rossi is suing Sheen for assault and battery, emotional distress, false imprisonment, and negligence. The duo got engaged in February 2014 and split that October.

The Anger Management star denies in the court filing that he ever abused his former fiancée. "He never kicked, choked, dragged, shook, or struck Rossi, and he never threatened to kill her or forced her to have an abortion, as she wildly alleges,” the document reads. “In fact, Rossi told Sheen that she was taking birth control pills during the entire course of their relationship.”

And in Sheen’s response, he claims Rossi was the one who would “become belligerent and even violent with Sheen when she did not get her way.”
