Look out, Nathan Griffith! There’s a new man in Jenelle Evans' life. The Teen Mom 2 star first introduced her new boyfriend, David Eason, to her many Instagram followers on Sept. 22, when she posted a selfie from her double date.
But it looks like things are getting serious between the two as Eason has appeared in several photos with the MTV personality, 23, since their first date. On Thursday, Oct. 1, Evans went on quite the adventure with her new mystery man.
Posting a screengrab of a Snapchat to her Instagram page, the mother of two wrote, “Caption explains it all. #SoHappy @uncledave01.”
The caption of the in-car selfie reads, “Rainy day, ‘muddin’ lol, adventuring #Perfect.”
Eason’s Instagram account reveals that he’s also father to a young girl named Maryssa Rose and a baby boy named Kaden. He likes fishing and is very close with his family, earning him the Instagram handle @uncledave01.
It’s certainly nice to see Evans having such a fun time after a tough year filled with arrests, explosive fights, and several painful breakups with her former fiancé Griffith.
Evans and Griffith, who share their baby son Kaiser, finally called it quits this summer after giving their relationship one more shot in June. The pair appeared on the Teen Mom 2 reunion special, announcing that they were trying to work things out, but their interactions were more volatile than ever. After some back and forth, Evans stormed off the set of the special, which aired on Wednesday, Sept. 30.
In a recent interview with Us Weekly, Evans told Us, “The hardest moment for this season would have to be me and Nathan not getting along and him moving on to somebody else. That was just really hard for me to deal with, trying to co-parent with him but not hold a grudge against him and keep him away from my son at the same time.”
