Relationship status update! Hours after attending a Cannes Film Festival red carpet with another woman, Jeremy Meeks told Instagram followers he’s still committed to girlfriend Chloe Green.
The 35-year-old, who earned his “Hot Felon” moniker in 2014 when his mugshot went viral, was photographed linking arms with fellow model Andreea Sasu at the film fest’s opening on Tuesday, May 14, leading some to think he and Green had split.
That same day, however, he posted an Instagram photo of himself hugging the Topshop heiress. “We are still very much in love lol,” he wrote in the caption of the post. Meanwhile, a source tells Us Weekly that Green is with him in Cannes at the moment.
Jeremy was first seen with the Made in Chelsea star in June 2017, when they were spotted kissing on a yacht. At the time, the viral star was still legally married to wife Melissa Meeks, with whom he shares son Jeremy Jr. He filed for legal separation from Melissa that July and filed for divorce in October.
Us exclusively revealed in March 2018 that Green was pregnant, and that May, the couple welcomed their first child, son Jayden Meeks-Green. The following month, Jeremy and Melissa finalized their divorce, with primary physical custody of Jeremy Jr. going to her and Jeremy getting a timeshare of approximately 30 percent.
“Me and his father are on good terms now and we’ll be co-parenting for the best for my son and that’s what’s important,” Melissa told Us in July 2018.
Jeremy and Green sparked engagement rumors in September 2018 after she was spotted wearing a diamond ring. The following month, Jeremy played coy when asked if marriage was in the couple’s future. “Maybe,” he told Us.
After her Cannes appearance with Jeremy on Tuesday, 29-year-old Sasu explained on Instagram that the duo were representing Madi Abaida’s Extremedy fashion line.
