You Raise Him Up, Donald Trump! Singing sensation Josh Groban stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday, Aug. 17, where he performed an award-worthy musical rendition of the real estate mogul's most memorable tweets — and there were so many to choose from!
"After 4 years, @jimmykimmel and I finally found a worthy sequel," Groban, 34, wrote of his latest musical endeavor, evoking fond memories of his viral 2011 performance of Kanye West's Best Tweets. "Please enjoy!"
In his latest follow-up, Groban expertly crooned Trump's most memorable Twitter posts — not limited to the 2016 Republican Presidential hopeful's outrageous past remarks on social media about people drinking Diet Coke, Kristen Stewart cheating on Robert Pattinson, President Barack Obama's fake birth certificate, and the massive sales of his fragrance, "Success."
The clip opens with Groban seated behind a grand piano, ready for round two. "Oh hi. I'm Josh Groban," the "Believe" hitmaker says. "And I have the voice of an angel." As the artist elegantly glides his fingers over the keyboard, he brings Trump's words to life with his majestic vocals.
There's passion, too. Groban pounds the keyboard with fervor at one point, and sings Trump's famed opinion about Stewart's 2012 cheating scandal, in which, as exclusively revealed by Us Weekly, she betrayed her then-boyfriend Pattinson and had an affair with her married Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.
"Robert Pattinson should not take back Kristen Stewart!" the singer demands as Trump's tweet flashes across the screen. "She cheated on him like a dog and will do it again — just watch."
