Still carrying a torch? Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian had one uncomfortable run-in at SoulCycle's Beverly Hills studio on Wednesday, Aug. 12, and sources tell Us Weekly that the basketball player hasn't quite let go of his love for his estranged wife.
As previously reported, Odom, 35, and Kardashian, 31, crossed paths at the spin gym. While insiders told Us that there was a bit of a screaming match between the two, the former Los Angeles Lakers player said in a video released by TMZ that "nobody got followed" and "nobody got harassed."
Harassment or not, sources tell Us that Odom still has feelings for the reality star, about 20 months after they parted ways. Kardashian has since moved on, spending a few months in a relationship with rapper French Montana and now in the early stages of dating NBA star James Harden.
"Lamar has been hating that Khloe is with James," an insider tells Us. "Lamar wants her back. That’s what stopped the communication on her end."
Kardashian touched on her relationship with Odom in a recent cover story interview with Complex magazine. The star had a famously hard time saying goodbye to her then-husband, who has struggled with drugs and other vices.
"Oh my god, I miss him every day," she told Complex of Odom last month. "I miss what we had—things we got to do together are just memories. I like looking back and holding on to that stuff. I definitely miss it, and there’s times I’ll get so sentimental and so sad, but this had to happen for some reason. I’ll figure it out over time, someone will give me that answer eventually. I think it would be very f—ing weird if I didn’t miss it."
