Daughter-father jam session! Liv Tyler joined her dad Steven Tyler for a short (but so sweet!) sing-along on Friday, May 22. The actress and her dad looked lovingly into each other’s eyes as they sang the Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons 1967 classic “Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You.”
The Leftovers star held up her iPhone for the sweet moment. She wore a chic blue blouse and a pop of red lipstick, while the rocker, 67, donned a plaid shirt and fedora hat.
“Oh my!!!!” the mom of two, 37, captioned a second video. “My daddy can even play the phone!!!! Father secret talents.” (In 1994, Liv starred in Aerosmith’s music video “Crazy” with Alicia Silverstone!)
Liv was unaware that the Aerosmith frontman was her dad until she met him backstage at a show when she was 10 years old. In September 2014, she recalled to The Telegraph what she told her model mom Bebe Buell when she learned the truth. She quipped: “Christmas is going to be really fun this year.”
She added: “My mom was very young [24] when she had me, and she didn’t necessarily have all her tools in her toolbox. We kind of grew up together, which was a beautiful thing. But we moved around a lot, too, between Maine and New York, and it was hard for me. I don’t think he was in any position to be a father.”
