Nina Dobrev is seemingly moving on from ex-fiancé Shaun White after she was seen packing on the PDA with model Dougie Joseph during a recent outing.
Dobrev, 37, and Joseph, 35, were photographed enjoying what appeared to be a date in New York City on Saturday, July 11.
The pair seemed comfortable with each other as they took a romantic stroll, as Joseph was seen kissing Dobrev’s cheek in one photograph obtained by E! News. Joseph stood behind Dobrev as he placed her hand on her waist. Meanwhile, she put one hand on top of his and the other on his cheek.
A second photograph captured the pair walking together as they wrapped their arms around each other.
The Vampire Diaries alum wore a navy slip dress and a matching baseball cap for the outing, while Joseph wore dark denim jeans, a white T-shirt and a brown baseball cap.
In addition to being a model, Joseph is also the cofounder of Bondi Skin Co.
Neither Dobrev nor Joseph have publicly discussed the status of their relationship. Us Weekly has reached out to reps for both for comment.
Dobrev was spotted on the date 10 months after she and White, 39, called off their engagement in September 2025. Us previously reported that she was “devastated” about the breakup.
A source shared that Dobrev and White were working out the “next steps” for the home they shared and they were in the process of renovating when they called it quits.
An additional insider also said that no one cheated, and another source revealed that both Dobrev and White “wanted a family.”
The former couple first sparked dating rumors in February 2020 when they shared similar photos during a trip to South Africa, and Us broke the news that they were officially dating in April 2020.
The couple announced their engagement nearly four years later in October 2024. “RIP boyfriend, hello fiancé 💍♾️,” Dobrev captioned a photo from the proposal.
Dobrev seemed to embrace her single status after the called off engagement, and she even joked that she had found The One in a February social media post. On February 5, she took to her Instagram stories to share a photo of her crouched on the floor and hugging a Doberman named Winston.
“The new man in my life,” she playfully captioned the photo, which she reposted from Tara Garlinghouse. “Officially off the market. Sorry boys.”
Garlinghouse also wrote alongside the photo, “A love affair @nina & Winston.”
