The gang’s all here! The cast of One Tree Hill took to Instagram on Saturday, Aug. 22, to share some pretty epic reunion photos with fans.
“Peanuts (and one sleeping beauty,” Sophia Bush captioned one photo, in which cast member Bethany Joy Lenz appears to be dozing at a bar while fellow castmates like Daphne Zuniga, Antwon Tanner, and Paul Johansson look chipper around her.
In another hilarious shot, the 33-year-old actress and Lenz, 34, pretend to be sobbing while holding hands on a patterned carpet.
“So. Many. Feelings,” Bush captioned the shot, including the hashtags “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Reunited,” “And It Feels So Good,” and “So Good We Sobbed.” The pair played friends Brooke and Haley on the hit CW show, which ran from 2003 to 2012. Zuniga got in on the nostalgic photo posts as well, sharing a cute shot of her and Bush clinking wine glasses while lying on a bed.
“Reunited. 5 years of playing this woman’s mom,” she wrote. “A little red wine and catching up w @sophiabush.”
The cast has remained close over the years, and show creator Mark Schwahn and stars James Laffery and Bryan Greenberg teased about a possible reunion earlier this May.
“I think they would have been very happy. They were a very soulful couple,” Schwann told Glamour magazine of Greenberg’s character Jake Jagleski and Burton’s character Peyton Sawyer. “They were a couple of artists. And they had great chemistry too — Bryan and Hilarie had great chemistry. She would have been completely happy. She chose an artist and she chose a writer, but not everyone’s gonna choose the musician, come on!”
