Never say never. Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian had fans thinking that they reconciled recently after they joked in a Snapchat video that they’re getting back together, but according to the self-proclaimed Lord, they’re not an item again — for now.
Disick, 32, said during an interview on Australia’s radio show Kyle & Jackie O on Tuesday, March 29, that they’re both currently content with their postsplit life, but that he isn’t ruling anything out.
“I don’t think anything is ever simple. I’m not the first person in the world to get separated from their significant other,” Disick said. “There are things we both have to work on.… We’re at a good place, [but] I don’t think either of us want anymore than where we’re at.”
That said, “I don’t really rule anything out,” he added. “If things are meant to be, maybe they will be.”
The former couple — who dated for more than nine years — split in July after Disick got too close with his ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli. The troubled reality star — who has been battling depression and substance abuse since his parents’ deaths in 2014 — has been coparenting with Kardashian, 36, since exiting rehab this past November. The exes share kids Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 15 months.
“On the happiness scale, I’m in the 5, 6, 7 range,” the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star told the radio hosts.
As previously reported, although Kardashian gets fed up with Disick’s ways, she’ll always care for him.
“I feel like every day is different, but we’re totally getting along. Like, we have three beautiful kids together.… He’s family,” she told Ellen DeGeneres in January. “He’ll always be.”
