Two days after being arrested for public intoxication in Texas, Shia LaBeouf broke his silence with a cryptic tweet on Sunday, Oct. 11.

“I talk, just not to you,” the actor, 29, wrote.

The Transformers star was arrested on Friday, Oct. 9, in Austin, Texas, for misdemeanor public intoxication. In a video obtained by TMZ, LaBeouf is shown being handcuffed and put into a cop car. TMZ also reported that prior to the arrest, he ran down the street and jaywalked in front of officers.

The star was in town for the Austin City Limits music festival.

This isn’t the first time this year that the actor has been in trouble with the law. Back in June, the former Disney Channel star was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after he interrupted a Broadway production of Cabaret.

He later said that he was going through an “existential crisis.”
