This won't fly. Peter Brant Jr., the son of supermodel Stephanie Seymour and billionaire Peter M. Brant, got into a heated exchange with a Port Authority cop at John F. Kennedy International Airport in NYC on Wednesday, March 23.

According to the New York Daily News, Brant Jr., 22, became agitated when JetBlue employees didn't allow him to board a plane that was headed to West Palm Beach, Florida. Port Authority spokesman Joseph Pentangelo stated that Brant Jr. appeared to be "severely intoxicated" and shoved a cop.

The unidentified cop was hospitalized for a sprained arm, and Brant Jr. was evaluated at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center. (As it happens, his mom, Seymour, 47, was arrested for DUI in Greenwich, Connecticut, back in January.)

The young socialite's lawyer, Philip Russell, later released a statement on the situation. "I think it’s fair to say that this incident is something one would expect when spring break hijinks collide with the heightened security in the wake of the Brussels tragedy," he said on Thursday, via the Daily News. Earlier this week, three suicide bombers killed 31 people and wounded 270 others in Belgium.

Brant Jr. has had trouble with the law before. In 2014, TMZ reported that he was charged with misdemeanor possession of weed in Brooklyn.
