Blac Chyna accused her ex-boyfriend Twin Hector of spitting on her and choking her during a 2023 incident, where her children were nearby, and denied his claims that she attacked him, Us Weekly can exclusively report. He adamantly denied her claims.
On December 30, 2025, Chyna, who is representing herself without an attorney, filed court documents as part of Hector’s assault and battery lawsuit, arguing her actions on one occasion were done in self-defense.
Hector, who is a singer and actor, sued Chyna in September 2024, claiming she abused him throughout their relationship. Per his suit, Hector, 28, and Chyna, 37, dated from 2020 to March 2023.
In her filing, Chyna claimed that throughout their relationship, Hector “engaged in a pattern of abusive, intimidating, and threatening behavior” toward her.
She claimed that on or about March 28, 2023, Hector “refused to leave” her home while she was preparing to travel out of state for work. She claimed that when she asked him to leave, an argument ensued because of his refusal to comply with her request.
Chyna alleged Hector became “hostile and violent” during the incident and engaged in “physical aggression, including choking [her], spitting on [her], verbally abusing [her], and engaging in intimidating conduct.” She told the court that her child’s nanny, Jennifer, saw the incident.
In her filing, Chyna said Hector’s actions caused her to fear for her personal safety and life. Chyna’s response read, “At the time of the incident, [Chyna’s] minor children were present and asleep in the residence. [Hector’s] escalating and violent behavior caused [Chyna] to fear not only for her own safety, but also for the safety and well-being of her children. Law enforcement was ultimately contacted, and [Hector] was removed from the residence.”
In her declaration, Chyna said Hector is “physically larger” than her. She denied ever being the aggressor and said she “acted solely in self-defense during the incident.”
Chyna also accused Hector of destroying her property at her home, including damaging and destroying her expensive designer wigs, hairpieces and clothing.
“These items constitute both personal property and business inventory,” the filing alleged. “[Hector’s] destructive conduct caused substantial financial loss and further contributed to [Chyna’s reasonable fear for her safety.”
Chyna said since the relationship ended, Hector has “continued a campaign pattern of harassment and intimidation, including repeated public attacks against [her] on social media.” She pointed to an alleged December 15, 2025, social media post made by Hector where he “posted profane and derogatory statements targeting [her] by name on Instagram and posted [her] photograph without her consent.”
“[Hector’s posts appear intended to inflame hostility toward [Chyna] and incite others to target her,” Chyna’s response stated. She said he recently released a new album titled I Hate You, which includes posts using her image and making references “clearly directed” at her.
Chyna asked that her home address be sealed in the case. She said she has reasonable fears that Hector’s “continued public hostility, threats, and inflammatory statements may incite third parties or members of [Hector’s] fan base to retaliate against [her] or attempt to locate her residence.”
She added, “Given [Hector’s] history of physical violence, destruction of property, ongoing harassment, and demonstrated hostility toward [Chyna], public disclosure of [Chyna’s] residential address would place [Chyna] and her minor children at heightened and unreasonable risk of harassment, stalking, or physical harm.”
Hector’s lawyer, Kirk Edward Schenck told Us, “We are not surprised [Chyna] is making what, in our opinion, are blatantly false allegations against Mr. Hector as a feeble attempt to deflect attention from her own violence.”
He added, “Aggressors with no defense for their action often try to ‘blame the victim.’ Quite simply, we believe [Chyna] has no defense for her vicious attack on Mr. Hector while he slept, causing the brutal injuries depicted in the photograph attached to the Complaint in this action.”
Schenck continued, “We have the evidence. We will prove our case and extensive damages. [Chyna], who is attempting to represent herself in this action, should hire a lawyer. She is going to need one.”
In his original complaint, Hector accused Chyna of regularly drinking alcohol and using drugs during their romance.
His lawsuit alleged, “When she did this, she quickly became physically violent and verbally threatening and abusive toward [Hector] (and others) for the smallest of issues, or for no apparent reason at all. Almost anything could send [Chyna] into a violent rage at any time of the day or night. While [Chyna’s] violence toward [Hector] took place primarily when [Chyna] was intoxicated, it would also happen at times when she was not.”
“Without warning, in the middle of conversations or during other basic interactions with [Hector], and others, [Chyna] would devolve into a rage, and immediately begin throwing violent punches, shoves, slaps and kicks at [Hector]. Often, she would threaten to kill [Hector], in a direct physical fight, in his sleep, or otherwise when he ‘least suspected it.’”
Hector claimed he loved Chyna and wanted the relationship to work out despite Chyna’s “alcohol and drug fueled rages.” He claimed she violently attacked him on September 27, 2021, while he was sleeping.
