Tori Spelling, Dean McDermott Celebrate Third Proposal in Versailles: Pics

Let them eat wedding cake! Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary and upcoming vow renewal by taking some beautiful family photos with their kids at the Palace of Versailles in France.

McDermott, 49, surprised his wife by proposing for a third time last week in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The actor — whose 2013 cheating scandal nearly wrecked their marriage — got down on one knee and presented Spelling, 42, with an antique ring while on a European vacation with their four kids, Liam, 9, Stella, 7, Hattie, 4, and Finn, 3.

The whole family then traveled to Versailles for a photo shoot to mark the special occasion. For the pictures, the whole group borrowed vintage-inspired outfits from French boutique Les Suites. Spelling and McDermott shared a sweet kiss on the palace steps and gazed lovingly at each other as they walked hand in hand in front of the golden gates. The little ones also joined them for a few shots, with the girls and Spelling wearing coordinating accessories.

The Chopped: Canada host first proposed to the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum on Christmas Eve in 2005, and the couple tied the knot in May 2006. A year after the first proposal, he popped the question again on Christmas Day 2006.

Now, the couple is planning a vow renewal ceremony, possibly for their 10th anniversary in May. Over the past decade, the stars have gone through some serious rough patches. Us Weekly broke the news in December 2013 that McDermott had an affair with a woman named Emily Goodhand while filming a show in Canada. The fallout was intense, but ultimately, he and Spelling decided to work through the problems and fight for their marriage.

Back in March, the True Tori star opened up about the scandal on the Today show. “I wanted the fairy tale!” the mom of four said. “And then when it wasn’t, I was like, ‘Well, what do I do? Divorce my husband? I have four kids … I love this man. I’m going to make this work.’”
