Prince Farming is going on another televised camping trip! Chris Soules will join Bachelorette season 12 villain Chad Johnson in the great outdoors with Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell on the upcoming season of Freeform’s Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After?, Us Weekly has officially confirmed.
The group’s camping trip takes place in the Colorado wilderness, and lunch meat–loving Johnson posted a video to Instagram last month of himself as he prepared to meet up with Denver-based Bachelor season 20 lovebirds Higgins and Bushnell. (The software salesman proposed to the flight attendant in his finale that aired in March.)
“I am currently in the Colorado mountains,” Johnson, 28, said in the video. “I brought my protein, I brought my muscles, and I’m getting ready to go camping with Ben and Lauren.”
Among the other Bachelor Nation folks who will appear on Ben & Lauren this season are Bachelorette season 12’s JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers, twins Emily and Haley Ferguson and newly engaged Bachelor in Paradise pair Lace Morris and Grant Kemp.
Soules, 34, already has some experience with sleeping in a tent on camera, as fans of his Bachelorette season 19 will remember. The farmer from Arlington, Iowa, joined a number of women under the stars for the overnight group date that aired in January 2015. (He got engaged to Whitney Bischoff in the finale that aired in March 2015, and they split that May.)
Soules has become quite the reality TV vet since he first vied for Andi Dorfman‘s affections on The Bachelorette season 10. He competed on Dancing With the Stars’ season 20 in 2015 and later that year tested his culinary prowess on Food Network’s Worst Cooks in America: Celebrity Edition.
Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After? premieres on Freeform Tuesday, October 11, at 8 p.m. ET.
