Bethenny Frankel Won’t Get Married Again! Find Out Why the Real Housewives of New York Star Won’t Say I Do

No more “I Do” for Bethenny Frankel! The Real Housewives of New York City returnee told Andy Cohen in a new Watch What Happens Live special set to air on Sunday, March 22, that she doesn’t plan to ever tie the knot again — at least in the eyes of the law.

“I will never get legally married again,” the mom of Bryn, 4, told Cohen in the WWHL interview. “It doesn’t mean that I would not commit to someone. I’m not jaded. I’m not bitter about love. I think there are amazing guys out there in the world, it’s none of that.”

Bethenny and her ex husband
Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel and ex-husband Jason Hoppy divorced in 2012 after two and a half years of marriage.
Frankel, 44, split from husband Jason Hoppy in December 2012 after two and a half years of marriage, and the breakup was anything but amicable. Frankel described the process as “brutal,” and broke down in tears while testifying during the couple’s custody battle over their daughter.

“Jason said to me, ‘Get ready, we are going to war. It’s over. We’re done,'” Frankel recalled in court.

In happier times, the couple’s marriage was documented in the Bravo series Bethenny Getting Married and Bethenny Ever After. Now, Frankel has a more pessimistic take on the age-old institution.

“Marriage is the Hotel California. You can check out any time, but you can never leave,” she told Cohen. Watch the video above.
