Jeff Lewis got brutally honest about assumptions that he and Andy Cohen had a falling out in the past.
“I don’t think we’ve ever hated each other but we have absolutely gotten on each other’s nerves,” Lewis, 56, said in Us‘ exclusive clip from the Tuesday, October 6, episode of the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast. “I’ve gotten on his nerves more than he gets on my nerves.”
After host Amanda Hirsch asked Lewis to elaborate, the reality star referred to Cohen, 58, as “a little more sensitive” than him.
“It’s crazy because on his show, he’s joking, joking, joking. But he can get wounded,” Lewis added. “He can take the jokes [but] not all the jokes. Like, for me, people go low and I think it’s funny. You can’t go too low with him.”
Lewis recalled how he would “test” the limit.
“We had so many — not falling out — but we’ve had so many pauses together that I don’t want to do that anymore,” he explained. “I really am trying to navigate, ‘Don’t say that, Jeff. It’s a joke, but he’s not gonna think it’s funny. Maybe everyone else in the room is gonna think it’s funny, but he won’t.'”
The host of Still Flipping Out previously spoke to Us about having to apologize to Cohen after BravoCon’s first “Ask Andy” panel.
“I thought I killed it, but Andy did not,” he told Us in November 2025 after Cohen took issue with some jokes that were seen as “inappropriate and insensitive” by some fans and Bravo stars.
Lewis said he and Andy had “exchanged” some text messages.
“I have apologized. Look, I know this guy. We’ve known each other for 18 years. He vents and, look, I sincerely did apologize,” he added. “Now I gotta give him time to cool off. My experience with him, he’ll get back to me in one to three weeks. I’ll talk to you in three weeks, Andy.”
Lewis also teased his return to Bravo.
“Did you ever see a show called Flipping Out? I mean, it’s basically season 12,” he explained at the time. “I think what happened is, because it’s been on every streamer for the last 10 years, I think they wanted to make it very clear that this is a new season. So they’re calling it Still Flipping Out.”
He continued: “[It is the] old show [with] new people, new clients, new houses, new jobs.”
