Difficult times. Khloe Kardashian has revealed that she found it a real struggle coming to terms with Caitlyn Jenner's transition, mainly because she only found out about it while filming Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
The 31-year-old reality TV star explains to Ellen DeGeneres on her show which will air later today, Monday, Nov. 16, that despite asking her dad many questions about the rumors flying around, he never explained to her what was going on.

"I had a hard time because I found out on camera," she explains to DeGeneres. "We kept asking Bruce what's going on and he kept telling us one thing, but really he knew he was transitioning and he couldn't be honest with us," she added.
"We felt like we were the last to know, especially me," she continued. "I'd defended him for so long."
These days, Kardashian insists she's completely fine with the situation, but she's had to work through the process of mourning the Bruce she knew, in addition to getting to know Caitlyn — someone she says shows absolutely no glimmer of the person she used to be.

"Now I'm fully okay with it but I think the hardest part for me was understanding that Bruce is totally separate than Caitlyn," she said. "He liked to tell us, 'I'll always be dad, I'll always be Bruce,' and I think he meant that. I don't think Bruce knew fully that when he would be Caitlyn…I mean no one knows what will happen, we're all doing this for the first time. I'm sure he probably hoped maybe glimmers of Bruce can be there," she admitted.
But while the family is now completely accepting about Caitlyn's transition, Kardashian does admit the holiday season will be different for them all this year, because Caitlyn won't be there for Thanksgiving, due to work commitments.

She will however be making an appearance over Christmas. "She's still part of our family, it's still our dad, which I know is confusing for some people but that's how we know her," she explained to her show host.
