Feud alert! Kailyn Lowry and Jo Rivera got into an epic off-camera fight during the Monday, April 4, episode of Teen Mom 2, and Kailyn caught the entire thing on her cell phone. Meanwhile, Jenelle Evans introduced the world to her hunky welder boyfriend, David Eason, while Leah Messer received terrible news about her custody battle.
Adam Lind Crosses a Major Line
Side-eye alert! Adam Lind made a seriously questionable decision by posting what Chelsea Houska claimed was an inappropriate picture of their daughter online, and she was not thrilled. While MTV opted not to show the photo, Chelsea's friend said that there were "creepy people" and that Aubree is "too old for that."
Chelsea ended up texting Adam to take the post down, writing, "She is six years old, not a baby, and that is beyond inappropriate." Naturally, his response was totally mature and reasonable: "Kidding me? There's nothing bad about that. What the f–k?"
Chelsea was infuriated by her ex-boyfriend's refusal to look out for their kid's best interest. She announced, "I literally hate him," and even spoke to a lawyer about her options. Unfortunately, there was nothing she could do about the picture, but it looks like at the very least Adam has a child support battle coming his way.
Kailyn Slams Jo's Parenting Skills
More babies, more problems! Kailyn was super critical of Jo after Javi came home from a parent-student lunch at Isaac's school and said he was unbathed, scratching his head and wearing a pajama top, a combination that he called "embarrassing."
"I think how Isaac is dressed and how people look at him is a direct reflection of us as parents," Kailyn told her husband. "The last thing I need is my son looking like he just rolled out of bed, scratching his head."
Kail ended up texting Jo for an explanation, and he didn't react well, telling Kailyn that Javi should worry about his own child. "I just felt offended that the finger's being pointed at me," Jo told Kailyn on the phone.
So, did these two hug it out and move on? Yeahhhhh, not so much.
Jo vs. Javi
Time for a good, ol'-fashioned Teen Mom 2 throw-down! Kailyn and Jo got into a huge fight when she showed up half an hour early to pick up Isaac and insulted Jo's sweatpants. (To be fair, it was more of a "leisure suit.")
MTV wasn't around for the argument, but Kailyn filmed portions of it on her cell phone in the event that she'd have to take Jo to court. "I did question your appearance because to me, at 4:30 on a Sunday, you should have your life together," she's heard saying as Jo tells her to leave his house.
Javi also got involved in the fight, saying, "Take care of your s–tty dog. Take care of your s–t," before slamming Jo for not doing anything with his life.
Later, Javi and Kailyn complained about Jo's laid-back attitude toward parenting, and Javi went as far as to say, "Just 'cause you have another baby, doesn't mean you neglect your other son." Meanwhile, Kailyn implied that Jo's a bad role model to Isaac. "What can he look up to Jo for?" she told Javi. "Telling his mother to go f–k herself?"
Jenelle Found Love in a Hopeless Place
There's a new man in Jenelle's life! Meet David, a welder and father of two who swept Jenelle off her feet, thanks to the wonderful online world of Tinder. "Everything's going great with us," Jenelle told a friend. "He's been really, really good. He has two kids, he has a little boy and a little girl. So he knows what it's like."
Jenelle admitted that David (who's never seen Teen Mom 2) didn't feel comfortable on TV, but he seemed to do just fine during a trip to meet her mom, Barbara Evans. He even pronounced his love for Jenelle for the cameras, saying, "We do love each other."
Unfortunately, it looks like drama's already bubbling like a beautiful plate of chicken alfredo (Jenelle's favorite Olive Garden meal) because Barbara bullied the family into going to Asheville for Christmas, and David wasn't thrilled. Also, in unrelated news, Barbara has taken to vaping.
Leah Gets a Tough Custody Blow
Leah didn't find out that her custody arrangement with Corey Simms had been reversed until the latter part of this episode, and she spent most of her screen time being super stressed. "My nerves are just f–king shot," she said. "I just know my girls aren't coming home tomorrow. I ain't dumb. Something's not right."
Leah cried openly when she eventually got the bad news in her lawyer's office, saying the motion to give Corey custody was "f–ked up" and that the "judge doesn't understand that that's completely ridiculous."
Leah's lawyer filed a motion to reconsider, so we'll see what happens.
