Glowing skin is in and it’s here to stay. That means we need a stay-all-day highlight that can replicate a glow from within, but even more radiant. We’re not just going to smother our cheekbones with glitter for a laid-back trip to the beach or even to the office. We need something more natural, but luminescent enough that it makes even royalty shine that much brighter!
The RMS Beauty Living Luminizer is exactly what we’re looking for. It’s even a favorite product of Duchess Meghan, as her former makeup artist, Lydia Sellers, revealed. The Duchess isn’t alone in loving this luminizer; models Miranda Kerr and Candice Swanepoel have raved about it in the past as well. When three of the prettiest people on Earth can’t stop obsessing over a beauty product, we’re obviously checking it out as soon as humanly possible!
Sellers told Today that Markle “always favors a fresh, glowing complexion” that shows off her natural beauty (and freckles!) rather than focusing on concealing and reshaping. She often used this product on the duchess, calling it “a great cream highlight to use on the high cheekbones and nose because it’s light and fresh.”
Sellers continued, mentioning that the Living Luminizer is also “easily buildable but never feels or looks too intense or heavy.” Reviewers agree, one saying that it delivers “a lovely your-skin-but-better glow.” Others commented that it gave them the “perfect amount of glow” and added definition without looking like they had applied “a ton of makeup.” Shoppers are calling this highlight a “beauty staple,” making them look “truly luminous!”
This creamy highlight claims to have a non-greasy formula, featuring only organic and natural ingredients, a must for all RMS Beauty products. It claims to spread easily, too, whether we’re applying it to our face or elsewhere on our body. But where?
Using our fingers, we should use a little product at a time from the glass pot. Sweep and dot the highlighter on the cheeks, under the eyes, on the brow bones, down the bridge of the nose and on the Cupid’s bow so that our bone structure will pop when the light hits those spots! We can also try applying it to our collarbone if it’s going to be exposed! Or how about our shoulder blades? Yes! Why wouldn’t we?
We can get even more creative with application, though. We can even use this Living Luminizer as a lip gloss, or, as recommended by founder Rose-Marie Swift, we can gently apply it to the eyelid for a glimmering, glamorous eye look!
This highlight claims to be a “subtle way to enhance youth and vibrancy” by helping us find our light rather than letting us fade away into the shadows. It’s super compact, too, so we can carry it around wherever, even if we’re only accessorizing with a mini crossbody or a clutch. We could even just pop it into our pocket! It never hurts to add a little extra radiance to our life when we’re suffering through a dreary or dull day!
Reviewers of all skin types and tones are loving this Living Luminizer, so now all that’s left to do is see how well it enhances our own! It’s shine time!
