Emilia Clarke Used This Miracle Oil for Khaleesi-Worthy Skin on ‘Game of Thrones’

It’s no simple task being the one and only Khaleesi. We’re not talking about raising dragons, here – we’re talking about skincare. The harsh conditions of Westeros could do some serious damage to the skin’s barrier, and we can only imagine the sunburn. Ouch. We may not be joining the battle for the Iron Throne ourselves, but skincare is a tough enough battle on its own, so we might as well look to the Mother of Dragons herself for some tips!

The Renewal Oil by La Mer played a huge role in prepping Emilia Clarke’s skin for her own role as Daenerys Targaryen in the final season of global favorite Game of Thrones. Clarke’s skin has always looked nearly flawless, but with the final battles looming just ahead, esthetician Georgia Louise had to bring out the big guns to activate maximum clarity and glow!

Shoppers are saying this “oil elixir” gave them the “best results ever,” finding skin to be “supple, soft and fuller” after using it. Even those who don’t usually like oil products are hooked! One said while they used to “wear a full face of makeup to work,” they can now just put on mascara and lipstick and get going because their skin has improved so much!

Louise chose to use this oil on Clarke’s skin to encourage a brightening lift. She explained to Women’s Health that she would massage it into Clarke’s skin, using a gua sha to promote further absorption and lymphatic drainage! We can use our fingers, of course, but if we want to pick up a gua sha of our own, check out this one!

This made-in-France oil combines La Mer’s famous Miracle Broth with ingredients of the sea to create a dual-phase product that may leave our skin incredibly soft and nourished. If we were hoping to hop on the glass skin trend, this oil may be what finally helps us to achieve that translucent glow.

The Renewal Oil claims to “flood skin with hydration,” improving our natural collagen production and firmness. This may result in a reduction of wrinkles and fine lines! It also may leave us with a super smooth, super soft and gorgeously radiant complexion!

To use this paraben-free, sulfate-free and phthalate-free oil, we should begin by shaking the bottle gently. We should then take three to five drops and lightly sweep them over our face and neck, morning and night! Work outwards from the center of the face toward the temples. Don’t forget the jawline! We can use this oil under our moisturizer, over it or even mixed in!

This oil isn’t only meant for our face, though we were already thoroughly impressed. We can also use it on our hair, cuticles and any dry patches on our body! Our entire body deserves to glow, not just our face!

This product is best for dry, normal, oily, and combination skin types. Basically, pretty much anyone may see game-changing results from using it! So what are we waiting for? Would Dany wait? We don’t think so!
