Reviewers are flocking to this dress, anxious to gush over everything about it. One called it “absolutely beautiful” while another pointed out its rare and perfectly executed “understated class.” Others commented on the more granular details, saying “the quality of this dress is A+” and that “the material is soft and luxurious!”
This dress has a jewel neckline and a hem that hits mid-thigh. Just leaving the details at that, however, would be an injustice. The neckline has a sheer illusion effect, with floral, lace detailing draped across the top of our chest from shoulder to shoulder. It’s a jaw-dropping accent that makes this dress a must-have on its own, but the surprises don’t end there!
The lacy cap sleeves are just as eye-catching, as they have strategically uneven, flowery edges with a lavish eyelash fringe trim! Love this detail so much that you want to see it again? This captivating cutout features the same trim as the hem and sleeves, as well as snowflake-like edges! We’ll find a button loop closure at the top of this keyhole to keep it in place, as well as a zip closure beneath it so we can easily slip this dress on and off.
This BB Dakota dress is currently available in three colors. White is delicately angelic, and would be great for any bride-to-be’s engagement party, bridal shower or even wedding if we’re into short styles or need a separate reception dress! On the other hand, the other colors, which are black and Citrus, a lemony-yellow shade, would be perfect for wearing to any of these occasions when we’re just a guest and not the bride! We’d also definitely wear them to a fancy date night to impress the lucky person sitting across from us!
We love how, even though this dress is fitted, it’s extremely flattering, as the lace overlay smooths out our shape and is super forgiving. We can totally ditch any uncomfortable layers underneath the dress, take a deep breath and have fun!
