Who else is ready to shed our sleeves for the summer and never look back? We know we are. But first, we actually need to find a tank top we like. With see-through fabric, overly-tight fits and hems that constantly need to be yanked down, finding a good basic tank is not such a basic task. We’d even take a “good enough” piece at this point, but luckily for Us, we’ve found a “perfect” one instead!
The ‘Perfect’ Tank by NIC+ZOE may have been boldly labeled, but it’s living up to its name with ease. When a basic has garnered hundreds of reviews, we know there must be something special about it. This tank top has over 360 so far, and with the hot summer sun and humidity swiftly approaching, we’re thinking that number’s about to soar even higher!

Shoppers are obsessed with this top, one saying they’ve already “bought five so far.” Others called it “always classy” and “flattering,” naming it a “wardrobe staple” and their “favorite layering piece.” The “great quality” is not going unnoticed, with multiple people commenting on how they completely understand how this shirt got its “perfect” title. Reviewers are loving the versatility, too, noting that they wear this tank to both work and workouts!
This tank top is sleeveless, of course, and features a scoop neckline, which is low enough to let our décolleté area breathe while still keeping things modest enough for professional looks. This top is almost purely cotton, with just a little bit of spandex thrown in to offer a whole lot of stretch!
This tank is fitted, but it doesn’t cling. It has a smoothing effect, and even better? It’s not see-through! Yes, that’s including the lighter colors! The hem hits at the hips, making it long enough to easily tuck in if we’re into that. It’s not too long to wear untucked though, leaving the super low hems to tunics and dresses.

While this true-to-size tank top seems very basic (a good thing!), we also want to point out the exposed seam, a subtle accent that adds that much more value to this shirt. This quality is no joke, and we plan to wear this tank for years to come!
