We’ve officially hit sweater sale season and we are living for it. A stylish, lightweight sweater is a great piece to have not only in the fall and winter, but year round. We’re always keeping an eye out for one, no matter what month it is. This time, we spied with our little eye a fan-favorite cardigan on major sale . . . but not for long!

This cardigan has over 300 reviews and shoppers are saying we “won’t be disappointed” when we receive one of our own in the mail. One called it “beautifully crafted” while another pointed out how “versatile and comfortable” it is. A big part of this sweater’s popularity is the vast selection of available colors, and some shoppers are buying multiple shades. One said they actually gave one to their friend as a gift, and the friend loved it so much they went out and bought another!
This sweater has a smooth knit and keeps us warm while not weighing us down with heavy or chunky fabric. It has an open front with no closures in (or out of) sight. No zippers, no buttons, no hooks! Just easy living. There are, however, pockets in front, which we are always glad to see!
This cardigan has long sleeves featuring five metallic buttons lined up in a row at the cuffs. These buttons vary between silver and gold depending on which color of the sweater we choose! The hem hits down at the thigh, adding to the cozy, relaxed look and feel of the sweater.
The color options for this JM Collection cardigan range from dark to bright with a few neutral shades in between. Let’s start with the deeper shades. Deep Black features golden buttons and is a true black. If we were hoping for more of a dark grey, we should check out Charcoal Heather instead! More of a navy person? Over in the neutral territory we have Polished Nude, which hits at the middle of beige and pink (with silvery buttons!), and Nougat, another nude that dips further toward the warmer tones of the shade.
If we’re hoping to brighten things up, we should look into Marina, a gorgeous ocean blue which looks straight out of Santorini, Winding Vines, an ultra-vivid seafoam green, or Cornmeal Yellow, a chic mustard shade. We can also check out Lilac Moon, a flowery purple, the bold Coral Shell or Peony Bloom for the fuchsia lovers out there!
With so little time to grab this deal by the horns, we’re ready to rumble. Whether we’re dressing this cardigan up with a fit-and-flare dress, draping it over a button-up work blouse or pairing it with our favorite distressed skinny jeans, sweater weather is here to stay and we are loving it!
