Section your hair off, half up and half down, and start with the bottom half. Now, gather up a section of hair and make sure it’s not too thin. Right where the strands of that section hit your elastic on your ponytail, pin the teased hair. Wrap the hanging strands around the elastic of the ponytail and pin it down with a bobby pin. 4. Crazy crimps

Braid these strands and secure them with elastics at the ends.
