It contains 12 clean nutrients, including biotin and vitamin D3, as well as folate, which may help “facilitate healthy brain development” in the first trimester!
This vitamin comes in another unique capsule design, with the dry ingredients separated from the oily ones so we can take them all in one pill as opposed to many. These vitamins are essenced with lemon! They’re meant to prep our body for pregnancy, along with nourish both our health and our future baby’s.
