Sky Daily, the widow of late wrestling icon Hulk Hogan, is accused of grooming her son’s girlfriend with alcohol to join the Church of Scientology and actively covering up his abuse.
Daily, 48, is described as “a high-ranking member of the Church of Scientology” who “sought to groom” plaintiff Jane Doe “to become a member” of the organization when she was still a minor, in court documents obtained by Us on Friday, October 30.
“This grooming would be done through the use of alcohol and other forms of conduct,” the documents claim.
The plaintiff began dating Daily’s son “around 2025” when they met on social media. Due to “the loss of one parent and issues with another parent,” Jane Doe eventually moved into Daily’s residence in Clearwater, Florida that she shared with Hogan, who died of a heart attack in July 2025. He was 71. (Daily and the former WWE star tied the knot in September 2023.)
After Jane Doe moved into the home, Daily allegedly determined she would enroll in the Applied Scholastic Online Academy, “a Church of Scientology home school for children of members of the Church of Scientology” where Daily is a teacher. All of the textbooks and curriculum for the academy were created by L. Ron Hubbard, creator of the Church of Scientology.

The lawsuit alleges Daily “has been known to purchase and/or procure alcohol for minors to consume at her house and even at public establishments.”
Daily would allegedly “have Jane Doe bring a Stanley cup which would have alcohol” when they went to “local bars” together.
Following an August 2025 event put on by Real American Freestyle — a wrestling company cofounded by Hulk’s son, Nick — Daily allegedly told nightclub staff that she was “Hulk Hogan’s widow,” which allowed her and Jane Doe to enter the establishment without their IDs being checked.
“Jane Doe was allowed to enter the nightclub and be served alcohol,” the lawsuit alleges.
In the documents, Jane Doe claims her relationship with Daily’s son was “mentally and physically abusive.”
“On no less than several occasions [Daily’s son] would physically attack Jane Doe sometimes due to being under the influence of alcohol provided by [Daily],” the lawsuit says.
Furthermore, she claimed that Daily was in an “advantageous position” and would “convince” the plaintiff to forgive her son “for such acts of violence.”
Jane Doe allegedly sought medical attention on multiple occasions. In one instance, the plaintiff was “injured by the physical attack by [Daily’s son]” and “called the police for help.”
When Daily was made aware that Jane Doe had called the police, she allegedly evicted her from the Clearwater home and “threw all of Jane Doe’s possessions in the front yard.”
“[Daily] made it clear to Jane Doe and other victims that night that they did not know who they were messing with and that nobody would believe them and that she is too powerful to be messed with,” the lawsuit claims.
Jane Doe tried to press charges in March 2026, but Clearwater Police allegedly “quietly and quickly” closed out the case due to Daily’s “standing with the Church of Scientology.”
Us has reached out to the Clearwater Police Department for comment.
Throughout Jane Doe’s relationship with Daily’s son, Daily was allegedly “well aware of the violent history of [her son] towards Jane Doe (and other women)” but took “no action.”
Jane Doe is demanding a trial by jury for all relevant allegations.
