Sarah Jane Ramos shot down rumors that she is pregnant, and in the process made a dramatic accusation against her ex-fiancé, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott.
Ramos, 32, took to the comments under an Instagram post that speculated she might be “hiding a bun in the oven.”
“Hi everyone. Not pregnant!!” she wrote under the Wednesday, September 23 post. “Just very thick, eating again and happier than I’ve been in a long time. That’s usually what happens when you aren’t getting cheated on repeatedly and finally leave a situation that makes you unhappy.”
She continued, “Hard for most of you money obsessed people to believe, I know. I suggest all of you find something else to do with your free time because being this concerned with what I’m up to and if I’m pregnant is high key very weird and I’m pretty sure most of you need therapy.”
The original post did not cite direct evidence that Ramos might be pregnant, only stating that an unnamed source had speculated as such, and that in a recent Instagram photo, she appeared to be using her daughter to hide her stomach.
Prescott, 33, and Ramos share daughters Margaret “MJ,” 2, and Aurora, 15 months.
The couple called off their wedding in March, just over a month before the ceremony was supposed to take place.
“As many of you know, our wedding is currently scheduled to take place in Lake Como, Italy, on Friday April 10, 2026,” they wrote in an email to guests, according to TMZ. “It is with heavy hearts that we privately inform our attendees that we have made the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and we welcome your prayers.”
Page Six later reported that Ramos caught Prescott sending “inappropriate” messages to other women and “ex-flings” using incognito social media accounts. Us reached out to representatives for both Prescott and Ramos for comment at the time.
The pair later reached an agreement in court over custody of their daughters amid their split.
“This agreement is a positive step forward and reflects the commitment Dak has to raising their daughters in a healthy, supportive environment,” Prescott’s lawyer, Levi McCathern, said in a statement to Us.
The statement continued, “We’re pleased this was resolved amicably and outside of the courtroom. At the end of the day, the focus remains where it should be — on the well-being of Dak’s two daughters — and he is fully committed to ensuring that.”
“Sarah Jane is very happy that she and Dak are able to make decisions for the parties’ girls and their family on their own,” Ramos’ attorney, Raymond Rafool, told Page Six. “She firmly believes that working together as parents is very important and will have long-term benefits for the girls. Sarah Jane continues to be dedicated to putting the girls’ best interests and lives first.”
