Got it from her mama! Cardi B and her daughter Kulture are the definition of mother-daughter goals. The 27-year-old and her 2-year-old posed for a fierce photo-op with matching Hermès Birkin bags on Monday, August 31.
For the professional photo shoot, the mother-daughter duo are photographed in front of mirrors while sitting on a pink seat with their legs dangling off the side. Cardi B poses with her pink-and-white bag in her lap and Kulture holds her all-pink bag on her arm.
The “WAP” hitmaker captioned the adorable snap, “Me and my babe 🎀.”
Kulture’s Birkin was a gift from dad, Offset, for her 2nd birthday in July. Cardi B defended his purchase after Internet critics slammed them on social media for spoiling their daughter. “I’m not mad that Daddy bought baby a Birkin,” she said on Instagram. “She’s gonna match Mommy.”
And that they definitely do! In the pic, the Bronx native and her daughter took their fashion game to the next level with custom-made outfits designed by Sir Baba Jagne. Cardi B wore a peachy, two-piece set comprising itty-bitty shorts and a hooded top with cut-off sleeves. She accessorized with pointy white pumps, a chain belt and a Chanel pin.
Kulture, on the other hand, wore a pink floral romper with white sandals and a massive pink bow in her hair. For jewelry, she donned a Pavé Butterfly Chain Link Choker from Adina’s Jewels ($198).
The duo was styled by Kollin Carter and Jennifer Udechukwu, who, as the perfect finishing touch, dressed them in matching white sunglasses. Cardi wore chic YSL shades and Kulture wore oversized ones featuring gemstones surrounding the lenses.
The rapper shared a second Instagram post with her 74.7 million Instagram followers that same day in which she and Kulture appear to be leaving the photo shoot set.
“Me and my best friend🎀,” she captioned the video, giving fans a better look at their fabulous outfits and drool-worthy bags.
