Feeling sexy in her skin! Charlotte McKinney has strutted her stuff on the beach in Baywatch, in seductive GUESS ads, in the ballroom on Dancing With the Stars and more, but the 25-year-old model has faced every day struggles just like the rest of Us.
Part of her journey towards self-love was being able to find lingerie that was not only pretty, but also fit her correctly. “I’ve been looking at lingerie for years and it’s always been a hard to find the best fit for a full chest,” she tells Stylish. To combat her limited choices, McKinney decided to partner up with Wolf & Whistle for an affordable line made for bustier women launching today, November 13.
“I’ve wanted to create my own lingerie line for a while now because I wasn’t always happy with the choices that were available,” she says. And her 20-piece debut collection has a piece for everyone with its range of cup sizes from 32 to 36 B-G, US 2 to 12 and prices from $15 to $45.
“Confidence is something I’m constantly working on and hopefully with this line I can help support any other girl who is going through the same thing. …I wanted to offer women the ability to put on something and feel good about themselves when they leave their house whether they’re wearing it under a t-shirt, to work, or around their significant other,” she explains.
The best part? The styles are all supportive and sexy. “I looked at old magazines and old La Perla ads for inspiration and stripped it back to the basics and kept it really simple, clean and beautiful,” she reveals.
“I like to feel good under my clothes and have something that fits me well. …I feel my sexiest in a pair of black underwear and black bra and anything that hugs my curves in the right way where I don’t feel like I’m bulging out or that anything is too tight or too big,” she notes.
