Gorgeous and powerful. Ahead of Elle’s annual Women in Hollywood Awards next week, the magazine has revealed its glossy covers featuring Elizabeth Banks, Jessica Lange, Annette Bening, Brie Larson, and Gugu Mbatha-Raw.
DeGeneres’ actress love reprised her role as Lindsay Bluth on Arrested Development’s Netflix reboot. “I’ve been very specific with my career,” she told Out. “I really love acting, but it’s important to me to be part of really interesting projects. Whatever I respond to, I really throw myself at.”

Each actress will grace her own separate cover for the November issue, which honors their contributions to the world of film both on camera and behind the scenes.
