For a Demi-Cup Dress: Use Petals
Fashion Forms Silicone Breast Petals, $9, shopbop.com
If your dress has built-in cups and you can’t squeeze your regular bra underneath, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star says petals are the way to go. “I couldn’t fit a strapless bra under this dress but I still didn’t want my nipples to show if it got cold. I know you ladies understand this struggle!” she wrote. “The solution for this dress was to wear breast petals. They’re made of a thin fabric that’s only big enough to cover your nips so you can’t even tell when someone’s wearing them. Genius!”
For a Sheer Dress: Use Spanx
Spanx Shape My Day Girl Shorts, $50, shop.nordstrom.com
Much like her older sister Kim, Kardashian has no problem admitting that she rocks shapewear. “I live for Spanx! I always wear them under a sheer dress like this one,” she said.
For a Low-Cut Top: Use Double-Sided Tape
Hollywood Fashion Secrets Fashion Tape, $8, target.com
For that deep V-neckline, the reality star never leaves the house without it. “If you don’t already own fashion tape you need to invest now!” she wrote. “It’s double sided tape that’s made to stick to both your skin and your clothes so your tatas don’t peek out of your top. I always use it with a deep V top or bodysuit.”
For a Form-Fitting (Possibly Latex) Dress: Use a Silicone Bra
Bristols Six Nippies Skin, $26, shopbop.com
“I couldn’t wear a bra without it showing underneath this dress, but needed a little more support than breast petals,” the Dash cofounder explained. The solution? “Sticky boobs,” she said. “They come either attached with a clasp at the front or as two separate pieces, which works well with a low cut dress like this one.”
For a Crop Top: Ditch Support Altogether
With this crisscrossed crop top, Kardashian decided that, well, less was more. “No bra, no problem,” she wrote. “I didn’t wear anything underneath this top! #freethenip.”
