The Duchess of Cambridge, 34, stepped out in the powder blue Altuzarra Aimee Polka Dot Button-Front Dress ($2,150, neimanmarcus.com) that featured a bold (for royalty, at least) slit detail running up her left leg. By encouraging children to talk and to get support, we could stop these feelings developing into more serious problems that continue into adulthood.”
