Kendall Jenner was every bit the stylish supermodel on the Met Gala 2026 red carpet.
The Kardashians star, 30, became the center of attention when she arrived at the Monday, May 4, event at New York City’s Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Jenner stunned in a cream-colored GAP by Zac Posen gown featuring an asymmetrical corset top with gathered fabric at the waist, styling her hair in an updo with loose strands.
Jenner has become one of the Met Gala’s most anticipated guests since her 2014 debut. Over the years, her memorable looks have included a nearly naked black La Perla dress with a plunging neckline and thigh-high slit in 2017, an orange feathered and bedazzled Versace gown in 2019, a sheer, sparkling Givenchy number embellished with rhinestones in 2021 and a black sequin Marc Jacobs bodysuit with floor-length sleeves in 2023.
In a 2022 video with Vogue, Jenner revealed what it’s really like inside the Met Gala.
“Everyone is in that big, giant room together at their tables, so you kind of, like, peep around and you’ll see your friends and you’ll head over and you’ll say hi, but definitely the bathroom, you just end up there and you end up talking all night long in the bathroom,” she shared. “So, it’s a funny place, for sure. You would love to be a fly on the wall in that room.”
Jenner’s outing at the 2026 Met Gala comes shortly after a source exclusively told Us Weekly that the model is “casually seeing” Wuthering Heights actor Jacob Elordi.
“It is not serious, but they have been ‘hanging out’ for a few months now,” the insider said in April. “It started around awards season in January when they kept running into each other and felt a deeper connection. They have known each other socially for years now and have hung out in similar circles, but it became romantic recently.”
According to the source, Kendall thinks Elordi, 28, “is a really cool and down-to-earth guy.” Although she “doesn’t usually go for actors,” her sister Kylie Jenner “opened her eyes to a new world” with her long-term romance with Timothée Chalamet.
“Kendall really likes him and is just going with it,” the insider told Us. “She likes spending time with him when it works, but she’s not trying to force a relationship. It’s very much a ‘have fun when they’re in the same place’ situation. Neither of them want anything serious right now.”
Kendall and the Euphoria star were first spotted together at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party in March. The following month, they watched Justin Bieber’s headlining set at Coachella with their friends.
While the duo “hung out” during recent months when Elordi was in L.A., the source noted that he was “leaving again soon” to film a new project and didn’t “want to be tied down.”
“It has been fun for Kylie and Kendall to hang out with Timothée and Jacob together because they are all friendly and have a lot of common ground,” the insider continued. “It doesn’t happen often, but it has been fun for the four of them.”
