Real Housewives of New York City’s Sai De Silva is always prepared for the day.
Sai, 45, exclusively opened up to Us about everything she keeps in her leather tote bag with silver buckles while walking through the streets of the Big Apple. As she strutted on a sidewalk in a black dress with puffy sleeves and a fringe hem, Sai told Us her bag was “so freaking heavy” and needed to “put it down” before spilling all the contents inside.
First, she pulled out a small vial of salt, which she swore was not “naughty.”
“I don’t know if it’s a Latina thing, but I always need some sort of seasoning, so I walk around with a little vial of salt,” she explained. “It’s not hot sauce, but it’s salt.”

Flats
“I’m a New Yorker through and through. I wear heels when I’m going from place to place, but the truth is, when I take the train, I just switch out [my heels for flats],” Sai shared. She continued, joking, “I’m MTA going your way at all times. Also, if you have to take the car, you use the car as your dressing room.”
Band-Aids
“You don’t know how your feet are gonna feel,” she said while holding up a loose bandage. “They might be tore up from the flo’ up, so a Band-Aid is definitely a necessity.”

Salt
Sai reached into a small pouch and pulled out a small container of salt. “It looks naughty, but I promise you it’s not,” the Bravo star said with a laugh. “It’s salt. I don’t know if it’s a Latina thing, but I always need some sort of seasoning so I walk around with a little vial of salt. It’s not hot sauce but it’s salt.”
A Tripod
Sai demonstrated how to set up the handheld tripod, which “sticks to any window surface.”
“I’m a creator, you know?” she said. “I need to [document] my ensemble.”
