Hilary Duff is coming clean—about her early-morning beauty routine!
The bubbly blonde, 26, has been very busy rebooting her pop music career—she just released her adorable second comeback music video on Wednesday, Sept. 24. And because the girl’s working hard for the money, she’s also working some fierce fashion and beauty looks while promoting her new work in New York City.
The woman who brought Lizzie McGuire to life started her day at the top of the Empire State Building, where she dished on her upcoming album to Z100’s Elvis Duran. Since it was a chilly Manhattan morning on Sept. 24, Duff dressed cozily in a speckled sweater and blue jeans, paired with white booties.
En route to her early-morning appearance, however, she did pose a question: “6:42 am red lip? too soon??” she asked her Instagram fans via a post that prominently showcased her crimson pout. Answer: Absolutely not! The mom to Luca, 2, modeled the perfect way to work scarlet lips at the crack of dawn—by pairing the bold look with a more casual ensemble, creating a soft balance.
Later that night, Duff stepped out again, this time to the official premiere of her “All About You” music video. Amping up her look for the evening, Aaron Carter's former flame hit the step-and-repeat in a see-through blouse over a black bra and a green miniskirt—but she didn’t keep the red lip! For the flashier outfit, she decided on a simpler beauty look featuring nude lipstick.
