Okay, try not to completely hate her. Kristin Cavallari admitted to E! News during an interview that after giving birth to her two sons, Camden, 2, and Jaxon Wyatt, 8 months, her body changed and now she has to fight being “too thin.”
“I don’t know why or how but after I had children my body literally changed and now, for me, it’s about trying to keep muscle on so I don’t look too thin,” the Laguna Beach alum, who made headlines for looking incredible post-baby, confessed. “Because it’s very easy, especially because I have no curves, that I can look really skinny and I don’t like that look,” she explained.
Although she’s battling the opposite of most, she still works hard for her bod.
“There's no real secret, I work my butt off in the gym…[but] I’m trying to gain some muscle so I’ve been working out with really heavy weights…and then I drink a protein shake right afterwards,” Jay Cutler’s wife, 28, shared, adding that she tries to “workout four to five times a week” and she eats “incredibly healthy.”
Cavallari was introduced to her trainer through her NFL quarterback hubby and credits her love for “being great with workout tips.”
“He helps with giving me certain moves,” the Fabulist host told E! News while taking a break at her lookbook shoot for Chinese Laundry. “Like I want to make my butt bigger so he’s telling me what to do.”
