Oprah Winfrey — she’s just like Us! The media mogul, 62, who has recently slimmed down thanks to Weight Watchers, revealed on Wednesday, May 18, that she sometimes struggles to stay away from her favorite foods while trying to stick to a diet.

“The other night I’m out, and I have a couple of spoonfuls of something I normally wouldn’t if I was really on point that day, but it’s a couple of spoonfuls and not the whole bowl,” Winfrey recounted during a call for Weight Watchers members on Wednesday night. “And it’s OK because tomorrow is another day, so then I would just pull back on what I was eating the next day, and balance the night before.”

“You don’t have to feel like, ‘Oh, I shouldn’t have eaten that biscuit!’” the former talk show queen added.

Winfrey also shared that when she falls off the wagon, she makes up for it the next day by adjusting her caloric intake as well as her exercise regimen.

“Yesterday, I knew I was going to be having General Tso’s chicken for dinner,” she said. “So I did an extra 30 minutes of exercise and then I walked the dogs around a couple of more times.”

Back in April, the SuperSoul Sunday host debuted a thinner frame when she hit the red carpet for the premiere of Greenleaf at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City. At the event, she spoke with Us Weekly and other reporters about her incredible transformation, courtesy of Weight Watchers.

“No. 1, I can get up the steps in my house without stopping on the thirteenth step!” Winfrey told Us about the changes she’s noticed in her health since slimming down.

The What I Know for Sure author — who has never shied away from discussing her yo-yoing weight — said that shedding pounds has been a much better experience this time around.

“I also feel like this has been the most effortless. You know, I've done it a thousand times. I've started on a thousand Mondays, literally,” she explained to Us. “You start Monday and then you finish and fall off and by Tuesday night you're like, ‘I'll start next Monday.’ This is the only time it has actually been effortless.”

When it comes to the number on the scale, however, Winfrey is not concerned. “I can't even say [how many pounds I’ve lost] because I haven’t been weighed in two weeks,” she noted at the time.
