Newly single Kim Kardashian showed off her rockin' bikini bod Friday in Miami.
UsMagazine.com recently spoke to her celeb trainer Gunnar Peterson, who said Kardashian, 29, doesn't want to lose her famous curves, but she has been more "dedicated" than ever at the gym.
"She is always on time, or early, and always comes in with a great attitude," he said. "I mean, this is someone who is clearly enjoying the ride, and I like to see that. There’s no bitterness; there’s no drama."
He said her workout routines vary each week. Depending on her schedule, "it could be two days a week it could be five," he told Us. "She does everything -- dumb bells, medicine balls, satiability balls. We use bands; we have every machine in the world!"
