And, to the delight of female fans everywhere, he's lost that scraggly beard and is clean cut again!
To Write Love on Her Arms, a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide. (In another promo spot, Phoenix even jokes around with Miley Cyrus, who is also doing work for TWLOHA. She teaches him who Lady Gaga is.)

Last year, Phoenix, more disheveled than ever, had fans scratching their head when he began making bizarre public appearances, claiming that he quit acting and was becoming a rapper.

Good, handsome Joaquin is back (he really is). Hope he starts making some movies again soon, miss seeing his work on the screen. Wondering when this 'documentary' he and Casey made about his RAP days will be coming out? That should be a hoot! Joaquin is great at whatever he does, love that he is not a 'hollywood' person.
