Spencer Pratt: Heidi "Wasn't Happy" After Plastic Surgery

Heidi Montag got 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day -- and despite claims that she loves the results, Spencer Pratt tells Us she was originally not happy.
"She came out of the hospital and the only thing she was saying was that the doctor better hide," Pratt, 26, told UsMagazine.com at Pure nightclub inside Caesars Palace in Las Vegas Saturday night.

"She wasn't happy," continued Pratt.
The aspiring pop star says she had "no idea" how painful all the procedures would be.

"The worst pain was actually my ears. I didn't know that was the most painful process and feature," she told Us of having her ears pinned back.
Still, Montag, 23, wants a third boob job.
"I didn't get them as big as I originally wanted," she told Us. Added Pratt, "She doesn't stop talking about it."

So how did the couple spend Valentine's Day?
"My Valentine's present to Spencer is going shooting at the gun range," Montag told Us.

I had to do a doube take when looked this latest pic of Heidi. It made me feel like crying, no plastic surgeon in his right mind should have touched her. it is bad press for him because she looks awful. She was so naturally pretty before but now she looks fake and has that strange alien like look many young stars have. I have often wondered why so many have that strange look, now I know, they are getting these stupid procedures at a young age. It will hurt her down the road she will not age well. And her boobs look so ridiculous on her small frame. To read she wants them done again even bigger I just could faint. Why doesnt someone who cares for her tell her she is ruined? She is so pathetic. She is one of the biggest fools in the headlines of today. I hope she reads the remarks written about her and gets the message!

She is 23 years old and now has a lifetime of matainance surgy to look forward to as opossed to dealing with the cute/beauty she was naturally given and had minor things done later in life if she felt the need. Although neither one of this pairing has shown they are big on brains either.....

I don't think she realizes that people aren't going to take her seriously. She's going to be better known for her array of surgeries then the possible talent that she might have... With the Hills down in ratings, and the spot light dimming on her life, I think she's trying to regain some sort of "fame" and doing things that are outrageous (like that of a five year old who throws a tantrum to get what they want...) to keep that light shining. I do sympathize somewhat with her on the boob job, but let me emphasize "somewhat". I recently got a boob job myself, and its been about 6 months. At first when I got them, they seemed HUGE and overbearing (went from a small B to a large C), but NOW I'm completely used to them 100% and question myself whether I should have really gone bigger...I mean, she IS going EXTREME, and at what point is she going to feel like she is "big" enough with the boobs and stardom? Its people like her that keep tabloids in business I suppose, not the fame I would beg for...
Her face is still VERY swollen. Maybe she should hide under a rock until it goes down- or maybe she should just STAY under that rock..forever (with her fungus of a husband of course).
