CBS late-night host Craig Ferguson and his wife, Megan, welcomed a son on January 31 in L.A., his rep confirms to UsMagazine.com.
The 48-year-old Scotland native, and his wife, an art dealer, tied the knot in December 2008.
Ferguson is well-prepped for diaper duty: he's already dad to Milo Hamish, 9, his son from a previous marriage.
