Bruce Willis is ready to unload some serious real estate.
The 56-year-old actor recently listed his sprawling Idaho property for $15 million. Willis purchased the home in 2001, one year after he split with wife of 13 years Demi Moore.
The 20-acre property includes a six-bedroom, 8,400-square-foot main house, a detached guesthouse, several ponds and streams, a gym and a heated pool that features water slides and a rope swing.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Willis is selling the home because he hasn't been able to spend much time in Idaho.
In 2010, Willis also put The Mint bar and nightclub on the market for $6 million. He has since reduced the price by $4.5 million. The Die Hard star still owns a ski area, Soldier Mountain, west of Hailey, Idaho.
Willis -- who married Emma Heming in 2009 -- has three daughters with Moore: Rumer, 23, Scout, 20, and Tallulah, 17. He and Hemming are currently expecting their first child together.
